Hello! My name is Laura Nusbaum and I am a math teacher at Lewiston-Altura High School. I live in Winona with my husband, Beau, and my two children, Penny and Xander. In addition to teaching, I also coach the math team, advise the junior class (including prom) and direct the Fall play and the musical. I have a passion for creative problem solving and try to encourage my students to find their own ways to approach challenges. In my classroom, you'll find a lot of games, difficult but interesting questions, "I'm a Winner" signs, and a lot of bad jokes.
