Hi, my name is Shannon Czaplewski. For the past six years I have had the privilege of teaching students at Lewiston-Altura High School. Prior to coming to Cardinal Country I spent several years teaching at-risk children in a range of different subjects and levels. I consider it a great privilege and responsibility to be a teacher and I look forward to a great school year.

I attended Winona State University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in teaching Social Studies and a Master of Science Degree in Education with a concentration in Learning Disabilities. Additionally, I received licensures in Middle School teaching and Emotional/ Behavioral Disorders.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. Together we like to spend time traveling throughout the United States and exploring the great state of Minnesota. When we are not traveling we can be found outside working together as a family on various projects.

Throughout the school year, parents are welcome to contact me or visit the school when there are questions or concerns about a student’s progress. I am committed to give your child the best education to prepare them for their future endeavors.
