Hello! This is my sixth year teaching at LAHS. I am from Mankato, MN and earned my Bachelor's degree in geography and Master's degree in teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I spent one year teaching in the Maple River School District and two years in St. James High School before joining the LAHS team.  My family and I live in Rushford. My son is 13 and my daughter is 9. We also have a lot of spoiled cats and a very old cockatiel that tolerates all of those cats.  I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, and exploring bluff country.  Most of the time I can talk my family into joining me on my adventures.
I am excited to start another year! This year I will be teaching 7th grade Life Science, 8th grade Earth Science, Astronomy, and Meteorology. I look forward to meeting you. Please contact me if you have any questions.
